You can use the Self-Care Portal to view the payment history for a subscription.
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Customers, and then select Subscriptions.
- Locate the subscription that you want to view the payment history for.
- From the Action column, select , and then select View Payment History.
- View the subscription payments:
- To view the payments that are in an open batch, select the Open Transactions tab.
- To view the payments that are in a closed batch, select the Closed Transactions tab.
