You can use the Self-Care Portal to edit the details of a subscription.
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Customers, and then select Subscriptions.
- Locate the subscription that you want to edit.
- From the Action column, select
, and then select View. - Edit the details of the subscription.
- Select SAVE.
