You can use the Self-Care Portal to delete a subscription.
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Customers, and then select Subscriptions.
- Locate the subscription that you want to delete.
- From the Action column, select
, and then select Delete Subscription. - On the confirmation screen, select OK.
