Create an account updater report

Account updater reports show which stored cards have been automatically refreshed with updated card details. Run this report to review which cards were updated and confirm the results.

  1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Reporting, and then select Account Updater.
  3. Set the date range for the report.
  4. Select Generate.
  5. Review the results.

Each row shows the masked card number, the previous expiry date, the updated expiry date, and the update status.

  1. (Optional) To export the results to CSV, select EXPORT TO CSV, select Export displayed results, and then select DOWNLOAD REPORT.
