Delete a secure token

Remove a secure token from the Self-Care Portal when you no longer need it.

Note: You can't delete a secure token that is linked to an active subscription. Remove the token from any active subscriptions before you delete it.

 
  1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Customers, and then select Secure Tokens.
  3. Use the filters to search for the secure token.
  4. From the Action column, select action-icon for the token, and then select Delete.
  5. In the confirmation dialog, select OK.
