Remove a secure token from the Self-Care Portal when you no longer need it.
Note: You can't delete a secure token that is linked to an active subscription. Remove the token from any active subscriptions before you delete it.
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Customers, and then select Secure Tokens.
- Use the filters to search for the secure token.
- From the Action column, select
for the token, and then select Delete. - In the confirmation dialog, select OK.
