Configure batch report settings for your device

You can use the Roc Terminal+ web portal to configure whether your device automatically prints reports when you settle a batch.

Note: If your device has a multi-MID setup, it doesn’t automatically print reports. You must print the reports manually from your device.

 
  1. Log in to https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login.
  2. On the side menu, select Device Management.
  3. (Optional) Search for your device using one of the following criteria:
    • Endpoint identifier (EPI) of your device
    • Serial number of your device
    • Model number of your device
    • Doing Business As (DBA) name associated with your device
    • Store name associated with your device
  4. Select the EPI of your device.
  5. Select EDIT PARAMETERS.
  6. Select the Receipt tab, and then select the Batch tab.

  1. Configure your batch report settings:
    • Detailed Report - To automatically print a detailed settlement report when you settle a batch, turn on Detailed Report.
    • Summary Report - To automatically print a summary settlement report when you settle a batch, turn on Summary Report.
    • Settlement Report Tip - To automatically print a tip report when you settle a batch, turn on Settlement Report Tip. To use this option, you must set up tip reporting. For more information about how to set up tip reporting, go to Set up tip reporting for your staff members.
    • No Transaction Report - To automatically print a report if there were no sales, turn on No Transaction Report.
  2. Select SAVE.
  3. Download updates to your device. For more information about how to download updates, go to Download a parameter update to a device.
