You can use the Roc Terminal+ web portal to add custom fields to a sale to collect additional information, for example, invoice number. The information from custom fields appears on receipts and in the transaction history in the web portal.
Custom fields capture only the information that you enter during a sale. Roc Terminal+ doesn’t process or track the information, for example, you can’t use custom fields to track tips by server ID. To track tips for individual staff members, go to Set up tip reporting for your staff members.
