Self-Care Portal: Void a transaction

You can use the Self-Care Portal to void a transaction that is in an open batch. After you void a transaction, its status changes to VOID.

Note: If a transaction is in a closed batch, you can refund the transaction. For more information about how to refund a transaction, go to Self-Care Portal: Refund a transaction.

 

Void a card transaction

  1. Sign in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. On the side menu, select Reporting, and then select Open Batch
  3. Select the ALL TRANSACTIONS tab.
  4. Locate the transaction that you want to void. 
  5. From the Action column, select , and then select Void.
  6. To confirm that you want to void the transaction, select OK.
