- Tap Sale until the screen displays Void.
- Type one of the following:
- Transaction number from the receipt
- Last four digits of the card number
- Tap Enter.
- Type the password, and then type Enter. The default password is the last four digits of the EPI, which the device displays on the screen.
- Make sure that the transaction details are correct, and then tap Confirm.
- Select a receipt method.
- To print a physical copy of the receipt, tap Print Receipt.
- To send a digital copy of the receipt, enter your customer's mobile number, and then tap SMS Receipt.
