You can apply a tax when you run a card or bank transfer sale on the virtual terminal. For more information about how to create a tax in the Self-Care Portal, go to Add a tax to the virtual terminal.

You can apply a tax to the following transaction types:

• Card sale
• Bank transfer sale

Card sale

1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
2. From the navigation menu, select Virtual Terminal, and then select Sale.
3. Enter the payment details.
4. Select the Include Tax: checkbox.
5. From the dropdown menu, select the tax you want to apply to the transaction.
6. Select PERFORM SALE.

Bank transfer sale

1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
2. From the navigation menu, select Virtual Terminal, and then select Bank Transfer Payment.
3. Enter the customer's payment details.
4. From the dropdown menu, select the tax you want to apply to the transaction.
5. Select PAY NOW.
