- Tap Main Menu ≡.
- Tap PAYMENT > CARD > REFUND.
- Type the refund amount, and then tap Enter.
- Ask your customer to swipe, insert, or tap their card.
- To manually enter the card details, tap Enter Manually.
- Select a receipt method.
- To print a physical copy of the receipt, tap Print receipt.
- To send a digital copy, enter your customer’s mobile number, and then tap SMS Receipt.
