View expiring secure tokens

The expiring secure tokens view lists customers whose stored card tokens are nearing expiry. Use this to identify cards that may need to be re-collected or that account updater has not yet refreshed.

  1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Reporting.
  3. Select the Customers tab, and then select Secure Tokens.
  4. Use the Expiring In filter in the dropdown menu to view secure tokens that are expiring within a range that you specify.

Note: If account updater is enabled and the card issuer participates in the scheme, tokens on this list may be refreshed automatically before they expire.
