Contact support

You can raise a support ticket directly from the Self-Care Portal if you need help or have a transaction query.

  1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Contact Support.
  3. Select the priority level and category for your query:
    • General Support
    • Transaction Query
    • Bug Report
    • Other
  4. Enter a subject and your message.
  5. Select SEND.

After you select SEND, the Self-Care Portal displays a notification with the message "Your message has been sent."
