You can raise a support ticket directly from the Self-Care Portal if you need help or have a transaction query.
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the navigation menu, select Contact Support.
- Select the priority level and category for your query:
- General Support
- Transaction Query
- Bug Report
- Other
- Enter a subject and your message.
- Select SEND.
After you select SEND, the Self-Care Portal displays a notification with the message "Your message has been sent."
