The Doing Business As address is the physical location of your store or business.

To update the Doing Business As address on your merchant account, complete the following steps:

1. Download the Merchant Processing Amendment form

• Select the Merchant Processing Amendment form.

2. Complete the form

• Complete the entire form, except the Bank Account Revisions section.

3. Gather documentation

You need supporting documentation as proof of the new address to complete the update. We accept the following supporting documentation:

• Business license
• Lease of new address
• Utility bill from new address

4. Submit request

1. Include the following information in your email body:
   • Full name
   • Merchant ID number
   • Copy of photo ID
2. Include the necessary information and attach your supporting documentation to your email.
3. Email your completed Merchant Processing Amendment form to [email protected].
