When you add a new user to the Payroc app, you must choose the type of user that you want to add. The Payroc app supports two types of users:
- Supervisor - A supervisor can run all transactions and update settings in the Payroc app.
- Clerk - A clerk can run sales and view transactions, but they can't void transactions, run refunds, or change any settings in the Payroc app.
To add a new user, complete the following steps:
- Tap ⋮, and then tap Users.
- Enter your supervisor's details.
- Tap +.
- Tap User ID, and then create an ID.
- Tao User Name, and then create a user name.
- Tap User Password, and then create a password.
- Tap Confirm Password, and then re-enter the password..
- To select a user type, tap Supervisor or tap Clerk.
- Tap Save, and then tap Yes.
- (Optional) To return to the main menu, tap ⋮, and then tap Main Menu.
