Void a subscription payment on the Self-Care Portal

You can use the Self-Care Portal to void a subscription payment that is in an open batch.

Note: If the payment is in a closed batch, you can refund the payment. For more information about how to refund a payment, go to Refund a subscription payment.

1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
2. From the navigation menu, select Customers, and then select Subscriptions.
3. Locate the subscription that has the payment that you want to void.
4. From the Action column, select  , and then select View Payment History.
5. Select the Open Transactions tab.
6. Locate the payment that you want to void.
7. From the Action column, select  , and then select Void.
8. On the confirmation screen, select OK.

Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/. From the navigation menu, select Customers, and then select Subscriptions. Locate the subscription that has the payment that you want to void. From the Action column, select , and then select View Payment History. Select the Open Transactions tab. Locate the payment that you want to void. From the Action column, select , and then select Void. On the confirmation screen, select OK.
