Delete a subscription on the Self-Care Portal

You can use the Self-Care Portal to delete a subscription.

1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/ (opens in a new tab).
2. From the navigation menu, select Customers, and then select Subscriptions.
3. Locate the subscription that you want to delete.
4. From the Action column, select , and then select Delete Subscription.
5. On the confirmation screen, select OK.
