Add a new user

Add a new user to the Payroc app.

When you add a new user to the Payroc app, you must choose the type of user that you want to add. The Payroc app supports two types of users:

  • Supervisor - A supervisor can run all transactions and update settings in the Payroc app.
  • Clerk - A clerk can run sales and view transactions, but they can't void transactions, run refunds, or change any settings in the Payroc app. 

To add a new user, complete the following steps:

  1. Tap , and then tap Users
  2. Enter your supervisor's details.
  3. Tap +
  4. Tap User ID, and then create an ID. 
  5. Tao User Name, and then create a user name.
  6. Tap User Password, and then create a password.
  7. Tap Confirm Password, and then re-enter the password..
  8. To select a user type, tap Supervisor or tap Clerk.
  9. Tap Save, and then tap Yes
  10. (Optional) To return to the main menu, tap , and then tap Main Menu.
