If you use the Self-Care Portal to email a payment link, you can view the link's share history. The share history includes information about when you sent the payment link and who you sent the payment link to.
Note: If you use your own software to share a payment link, you can't view the share history.
To view the share history of a payment link, complete the following steps:
- Sign in to payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the side menu, select Customers, and then select PayByLink.
- Locate the payment link you want to view.
- From the Action column, select
, and then select Share History.
The Self-Care Portal displays the following information about the share history:
