Note: You can’t share an expired payment link or a single-use payment link that a customer has used. For more information about the status of your payment link, go to View your payment links.
You can use our Self-Care Portal to email a payment link, or you can use the link's assets we create in your own software to share the link.
If you use our Self-Care Portal to email a payment link, you can view the sharing event and the link's sharing history. If you use your own software to share a payment link, the sharing event won't appear in the share history.
Email the payment link
- Sign in to payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the side menu, select Customers, and then select PayByLink.
- Locate the payment link that you want to share.
- From the Action column, select
, and then select Share Payment Link. - Enter the name and email address of the recipient, and then select ADD.
- (Optional) To add other recipients, enter their name and email address, and then select ADD.
- From the Message box, enter a message that we include in the email.
- (Optional) To receive a copy of the email, select Send a copy to myself.
- (Optional) To preview the email before you send it, select PREVIEW.
- Select SHARE.
Copy an asset for the payment link
- Sign in to payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- From the side menu, select Customers, and then select PayByLink.
- Locate the payment link that you want to share.
- From the Action column, select
, and then select Link Assets. - Copy the Payment Link URL or the Payment Link HTML button.
