If you can't connect your device to your network, try the following ways to resolve the network connection issue. If you still can't connect your device to the network, contact our Support Team at 888.477.4510 or email [email protected].
Note: You can use your mobile device as a hotspot until you have resolved your network connection issues.

- Check if your other devices can connect to the network.
Check your device
If your other devices can connect to your network, but your device can't, try the following ways to restore your connection:
- Check your Wi-Fi network signal strength.
- Refresh your Wi-Fi connection.
- Reboot your device.
- Reset your router.
Check your Wi-Fi network signal strength
- Check the Wi-Fi signal strength on your device. Your Wi-Fi signal icon fills as the signal strength increases.
- Move the device closer to the router until your Wi-Fi strength improves.
- If that doesn’t work, refresh your Wi-Fi connection.

Refresh your Wi-Fi connection
- Check that you've entered the correct password.
Forget your Wi-Fi connection
- From the App screen, tap Settings.
- Enter 350000.
- Tap Network & Internet.
- Tap Wi-Fi.
- Tap the network that your device is currently connected to.
- Tap FORGET.
Reconnect to your Wi-Fi network
- Tap your network.
- Enter the password for your wireless network, and then tap OK.
- Tap Connect. If that doesn't work, reboot your device.
- To return to the Home screen, tap Home.
Reboot your device
- Hold the power button for four seconds, and then select Restart. If that doesn't work, reset your router.

Warning: If you reset your router, it disconnects all other connected devices.
- Follow your router’s instructions to reset it.
