Create and download a transaction report

You can use the Self-Care Portal to create a one-time or recurring transaction report that you can email to one or more recipients. From the email that we sent you, you can download a ZIP file that contains the report in CSV format.

To create and download a transaction report, complete the following steps:

  1. Set up the report.
  2. Add email recipients.
  3. Build the report.
  4. Download the report.

Step 1: Set up the report

  1. Sign in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. Select the processing terminal that you want to generate the report for.
  3. On the side menu, select Reporting, and then select Scheduled Reports.
  4. Select ADD REPORT.
  5. In the Report Name box, enter a name for the report.
  6. From the Report Type dropdown menu, select the type of transaction that you want to include in your report.
    • Card Transactions - Generate a report that contains only card transactions.
    • Bank Transfers - Generate a report that contains only bank transfer transactions.
  7. From the Run Report dropdown menu, select how often the report should run.
    • Daily - Generate a report daily. If you select Daily, select the transaction cutoff time in British Summer Time (BST).
    • Weekly - Generate a report once every week. If you select Weekly, complete the following steps:
      1. From the Day of Week dropdown menu, select the day of the week the report repeats.
      2. From the Include transactions until dropdown menu, select the transaction cutoff time in British Summer Time (BST).
    • Monthly - Generate a report once a month. If you select Monthly, select the transaction cutoff time in British Summer Time (BST).
    • Once Off - Generate a one-time report. If you select Once Off, complete the following steps:
      1. In the Batch Start Date field, select the start date of the batch.
      2. In the Batch End Date field, select the end date of the batch.
      3. From the Include transactions until dropdown menu, select the transaction cutoff time in British Summer Time (BST).
  8. Select SAVE.

Step 2: Add email recipients

  1. Select the Delivery Methods tab.
  2. Select E-Mail.
  3. In the E-Mail field, enter the email address of the recipient.
  4. (Optional) To add another recipient, select ADD, and then enter the email address of the recipient.
  5. Select SAVE.

Step 3: Build the report

  1. Select the Report Builder tab.
  2. In the Report Builder section, use the filter to narrow down which transactions appear in the report.
  3. In the Report Columns section, select the checkboxes next to the transaction data you want to include as columns in the report.
  4. Select SAVE.

Step 4: Download the report

  • From the email that we sent you, select DOWNLOAD NOW to download the report as a ZIP file.

After the download completes, extract the ZIP file to view the transaction report in CSV format.
