Create a Hosted Payment Page template

Hosted Payment Page templates control the appearance of Hosted Payment Pages shown to your customers. You can configure templates for different channels, for example, WEB or MOTO, and for mobile and tablet devices. Your user account must have Pay Pages permission to complete this task.

  1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Settings, and then select Pay Pages.
  3. Select Add Template to create a new template, or select Edit for an existing template.
  4. Select your editor mode:
    • Basic — Style the page without writing HTML or CSS. A live preview updates automatically.
    • Advanced — Edit the CSS and HTML directly for full control. If you switch to Advanced mode, you can't switch back to Basic mode.

Note: If you use Advanced mode, disable Auto Update while you edit to prevent the preview from refreshing with each change.

  1. Use the editor to configure the template.
  2. Select Save Changes.
  3. (Optional) If your account uses Level 3 enhanced data, enable Display Enhanced Data to show itemized transaction details on the payment page.
  4. (Optional) In the Default column, select the radio button to set the template as the default.
  5. (Optional) Select the checkboxes to apply the template for different transaction types and devices, for example, select the Mobile checkbox in the Use for Internet column to display the template when a customer accesses the Hosted Payment Page from a mobile device.
