The Self-Care Portal dashboard displays information about your payment activity, including live transactions and historical trends.

To view your dashboard, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
2. From the navigation menu, select Dashboard.
3. The dashboard opens and displays the following panes:
   • Top Periods — Peak transaction timeframes by month, week, day, or hour.
   • Pie Chart — Breakdown of transactions by card type, operator, or transaction outcome.
   • Average Transaction — Average transaction value, transaction count, or total value over time.
   • Recent Transactions — Live transactions as they are processed. This pane updates automatically. You don't need to refresh the page.

Note: Depending on your account configuration, the dashboard may not display all of the above panes.

4. (Optional) To enlarge a pane, select .
5. (Optional) To configure the data that a pane displays, select , update the options, and then select UPDATE to apply them.
