Reset your password

You can reset your password from the Self-Care Portal login screen. If you are locked out of your account, you need to reset your password to regain access.

To reset your password, you need your merchant ID, your username, and the email address linked to your Self-Care Portal account.

Note: Your welcome email includes your merchant ID and username. If you can't find your welcome email, call 1-888-477-4500 or email [email protected].

Password requirements

Your new password must:

  • Contain between 12 and 128 characters
  • Include no more than two identical characters in a row
  • Contain at least three of the following four character types:
    • At least one uppercase character
    • At least one lowercase character
    • At least one digit
    • At least one special character
  • Be different from any password you have used before

Reset your password

  1. Go to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. Select Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your merchant ID, your username, and the email address linked to your Self-Care Portal account.
  4. Select Request Password Reset.
  5. Find the password reset email that we sent to you from [email protected].

Note: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, call 1-888-477-4500 or email [email protected].

  1. In the reset email, select the password reset link.

Note: The link expires after 30 minutes and you can use it only once. If the link has expired, go back to step 1 to request a new password reset.

  1. In the New Password field, enter your new password.
  2. In the Confirm Password field, reenter your new password.
  3. Select the Confirm Password button.

After you update your password, we redirect you to the login screen. You can log in with your new password.
