Refund a transaction

Use the Roc Terminal+ mobile app to refund a transaction.

  1. From the Sale screen, select [phone-icon].
  2. Locate the transaction. For more information about searching for a transaction, go to View transactions.
  3. Select ellipsis-icon next to the transaction, and then select Issue Refund.
  4. Confirm the refund amount.
  5. (Optional) Enter an email address and phone number for the receipt.
  6. Select Confirm. We process the refund.
  7. When the confirmation appears, select OK
