Note: The steps in this article apply only to the web app.
- Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/.
- From the Main Menu, select Settings, and then select Tax.
- Select Edit, and then select Add New.
- In the Tax Class Name text box, type the name of the tax.
- In the Tax Rate (%) text box, enter a value for the tax percentage.
- (Optional) To make this tax the default tax, select the Default radio button.
- Select the Status checkbox.
- Select Save, and then select Close.
