Note: Depending on your account setup, your device may not run refunds. To turn on refunds, contact our Support Team.
- Tap ⋮, and then tap Main Menu.
- Tap Refund, and then enter the refund amount.
- Tap Credit/Debit Return.
- Type your supervisor credentials.
- Tap Supervisor Id, and then enter your user ID.
- Tap Supervisor Password, and then enter your password.
- Tap Login.
- Tap, swipe, or insert a payment card.
OR
To manually enter the card details:- Tap Use manual input instead.
- Enter the card details.
- Tap CONFIRM.
- (Optional) To send a digital copy of the receipt to the customer, tap Email and Text Receipt and complete the following steps:
- To send an email:
- Tap Email.
- Ask your customer to enter their email address.
- Tap Send.
- To return to the previous screen, tap Cancel.
- To send an SMS:
- Tap Text SMS.
- From the Country drop-down menu, select the customer's country.
- Tap Mobile, and then ask your customer to enter their phone number.
- Tap Send.
- To return to the previous screen, tap Cancel.
- (Optional) To run another refund, tap Perform Another Refund.
- To return to the main menu, tap Back to Main Menu.
