If your DX8000 device won’t print transaction receipts, but can still process payments, complete the following steps:
- Check that you are using the correct receipt paper. The receipt paper is thermos-reactive and 58mm x 40mm in size.
- Check that you have installed the receipt paper correctly. For more information about how to replace your printer paper, go to Replace the printer paper.
