Note: You can void a transaction only if it is in an open batch.
- Tap Main Menu ≡.
- Tap PAYMENT > CARD > VOID.
- Type the password, and then tap Enter. The default password is the last four digits of the EPI, which the device displays on the screen.
- Type one of the following:
- Transaction number from the receipt.
- Last four digits of the card number.
- Tap Enter.
- Tap the transaction that you want to void.
- Select a receipt method.
- To print a physical copy of the receipt, tap Print receipt.
- To send a digital copy, enter your customer’s mobile number, and then tap SMS Receipt.
