At the start of each month, you can download your statement from Payroc Insights. The statement you receive depends on your pricing structure and contains a list of fees associated with your account.
Statement A
If you meet the following conditions, go to Statement A:
- You’re on one of the following pricing structures:
- Interchange +
- Tiered Pricing
- Flat Rate
- RewardPay Choice
- Consumer Choice
- Cash Rewards
- Our address is at the top-right corner of the cover page, for example:
Statement B
If you meet the following conditions, go to Statement B:
- You’re on any of the following pricing structures:
- Interchange +
- Interchange ++
- Interchange +++
- Our address is at the upper-left corner of the cover page, below our brand logo, for example:
