Important: To customize your campaign design, you must be an Org Admin or Manager.
When you create a campaign, we apply your organization’s default design template. If you don’t want to use the default design template, you can create a custom design for the campaign.

To create a custom design, complete the following steps:
- Select
, and then select Campaigns.
- From the list of campaigns, select the campaign that you want to customize.
- Select Customize Your Campaign, and then select Design.
- To stop using the default design template, turn off the Use Default Brand Settings toggle.

In the Upload Campaign’s Logo section, upload your campaign’s logo. The image must meet the following requirements:
- File format: .jpg, .gif, or .png
- File size: 1MB or smaller
- Image dimensions: 300 x 300 pixels

In the Upload Campaign’s Photo section, upload a background image for the donation overview section and adjust its properties. The image must meet the following requirements:
- File format: .jpg, .gif, or .png
- File size: 5MB or smaller
- Image dimensions: 600 x 960 pixels

In the Brand Colors section, choose the following color options:
- Primary Color – Text color of the donation amount selected by the donor.
- Secondary Color – Background color for the donation overview section. We apply this color only if you didn’t upload a background image.
- In the Button Shape section, choose a button shape for the donate button or pledge button.
- In the Font section, choose a font style for the campaign text.
- Select Save.
