Configure settings in the Payments tab Configure settings in the Options tab

Important: To configure your campaign settings, you must be an Org Admin or Manager.

To change how your donors interact with your campaign, you can configure the following settings:

Payments tab – Set donation amounts, enable recurring donations, enable pledges, add funds, or customize the donation button text.
Options tab – Redirect donors to your website after a donation, request their phone number, or require them to acknowledge your policies.

Configure settings in the Payments tab

The Payments tab contains the following settings:

Setting	Description
Preset Payments Amounts	Enter up to three payment amounts that a donor can choose from.
Enable Custom Donation Amount	Allow a donor to enter a custom payment amount.
Enable Recurring Donations	Allow a donor to set up a recurring donation for the campaign. A donor can select a payment frequency and choose when the payment cycle ends.
Enable Custom Funds Allocation	Add a fund to the campaign. A campaign can include one or more funds for different causes. If a campaign includes multiple funds, a donor can choose which fund to donate to.
Donor Operational Expense Fee Offset Options 3%	Choose how you want to handle the 3% fee to offset operational expenses. Select one of the following options: Optional – Display a checkbox to let donors decide whether they want to add a 3% fee to their donation. Required – Automatically add a 3% fee to the donation. Disabled – Don't add a 3% fee to the donation.
Enable Pledges	Allow a donor to make a payment at a future date. The donor can select a dollar amount and a payment date.
Pledge Button Text	Customize the text for the pledge button.
Donate Button Text	Customize the text for the donate button.

The Options tab contains the following settings:

Setting	Description
Redirect to Website After Donation	Redirect donors to your organization’s website after they donate.
Ask for Phone Number	Prompt each donor to provide their phone number.
