Sync your Roc Terminal+ transactions with QuickBooks

Share your transaction information with your QuickBooks account.

You can sync both card-present transactions and card-not-present transactions that you run on Roc Terminal+ with your QuickBooks account.

Card-present transactions

To sync the details of card-present transactions with QuickBooks, link your device to QuickBooks and then update your device.

  1. Log in to https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login.
  2. Select Settings > Merchant Settings > QB Card Present.
  3. Select the Selected Epi box, and then select the EPI of the device.
  4. (Optional) To manually enter an invoice number, complete the following steps:
    1. Select Manual.
    2. In Min Length, enter the minimum character length of the invoice number.
    3. In Max Length, enter the maximum character length of the invoice number.
  5. (Optional) By default, the device prompts you to enter a customer's name for each transaction. To turn off this feature, in the Customer Name section, set the value of Min Length to 0.
  6. Select Update.

Update your device

  1. On your device, tap Main Menu ≡, and then tap Updates.
  2. Confirm that the EPI of the device is correct, and then tap Enter.

After you successfully link your device to QuickBooks, your device automatically syncs the transaction information with QuickBooks.

Card-not-present transactions

When you use Roc Terminal+ to run a card-not-present transaction, you can sync your transaction information with Quickbooks.

To sync a sale, recurring transaction, or invoice with QuickBooks:

  • Select the Create/Update Invoice with QuickBooks checkbox.

To sync a refund with QuickBooks:

  • Select the Payment Sync in QB checkbox.
