1. Tap Main Menu ≡ > Settings > Change MID. 
2. From the list of MIDs, tap your MID. 
3. Tap Forgot Password. We send you a one-time password (OTP) by email and SMS. 
4. Enter the six-digit OTP, and then tap Enter. 
5. Enter your new password, and then tap Enter. 
6. Re-enter your new password, and then tap Enter. 

After you reset your password, your device returns to the payment screen.
