Reprint a receipt

Print a copy of a receipt on your Desk/3500 or Desk/5000.

  1. From the home screen, select 9 (Other).
  2. Press 4 (Reprint).
  3. To print a receipt for the last transaction, press 4, or search for your transaction.
  4. Select Merchant Copy, Customer Copy, or Both.
