Step 1. Charge your device

To charge your device, you can use the docking station or use a USB-C cable.

Use the docking station

1. Plug the docking station into a power outlet.
2. Place your device on the docking station.

Use a USB-C cable

1. Insert the USB-C cable into USB-C port on the side of your device.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a power outlet.

Step 2. Turn on your device

• Press and hold the power button until the device turns on.

Step 3. Connect your device to your wireless network

1. From the home screen, tap Main Menu ≡.
2. Tap Settings, and then tap WiFi Config.
3. Tap the name of your wireless network.
4. Type the password for your wireless network.
5. Tap Connect.

Troubleshooting

My device can’t connect to my wireless network

• Make sure that your device is close to your router, and then try to connect your device to your network again.

My device isn’t charging on the docking station

• Make sure that the docking station is plugged into a power outlet and that you have correctly placed your device on the docking station.

My device doesn’t turn on

Complete the following steps:

1. Charge your device for at least three and a half hours.
2. Press and hold the power button for four seconds.

My navigation bar has disappeared

1. To bring back the navigation bar, swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
2. To hide the navigation bar again, from the bottom-left of the screen, tap .
