Unblock a card

Unblock a card that you previously blocked.

Important: If a card is blocked by a processing rule, you can't unblock it in the Self-Care Portal. To unblock the card, contact your administrator to update the processing rule or contact our Support Team at 888.477.4500.

 

If you’ve previously blocked a customer’s card, use the Self-Care Portal to unblock the card. Before you unblock a card, make sure that you’ve verified the cardholder’s information and business requirements. 

Note: To view the blocked cards in the Self-Care Portal, you must have the Processing Rules permission

 

To unblock a card, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
  2. From the side menu, select Settings, and then select Blocked Cards.
  3. (Optional) Use the filters to display only the blocked cards.
  4. Locate the card that you want to unblock.
  5. From the Action column, select , and then select Unblock Card.

6. In the dialog box, enter a reason for unblocking the card, and then select UNBLOCK. The customer's card is now unblocked.
