You can use the Self-Care Portal to search for a card transaction or a bank transfer that is in an open or closed batch.
Before you begin your search, you need to know if the transaction is in an open or a closed batch and if it’s a card transaction or bank transfer.
After you’ve identified the batch and transaction type, go to one of the following sections:
- Search for a card transaction in an open batch.
- Search for a card transaction in a closed batch.
- Search for a bank transfer in an open batch.
- Search for a bank transfer in a closed batch.
Search for a card transaction in an open batch
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- On the side menu, select Reporting, and then select Open Batch.
- (Optional) To view transactions from all processing terminals, select All Terminals.
- (Optional) Use the filter to search for the transaction, for example, by a specific date or a date range.
- Locate the transaction.
- (Optional) To manage the transaction, from the Action column, select
, and then select one of the following options: - Transaction Details – View the details of the transaction.
- Void – Void the transaction.
- Refund – Refund the transaction.
- Resend Cardholder Receipt – Email the transaction receipt.
- Print Receipt – Print the transaction receipt.
- Create Secure Token – Create a secure token with the payment details the customer used for the transaction.
- Create Subscription – Create a subscription with the payment details the customer used for the transaction.
- (Optional) To export the transactions in a CSV file, select EXPORT AS CSV.
Search for a card transaction in a closed batch
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- On the side menu, select Reporting, and then select Closed Batch.
- Locate the transaction:
- If you have the transaction details, go to Search for a transaction with transaction details.
- If you have only the batch details, go to Search for a transaction with batch details.
Search for a transaction with transaction details
- Select the TRANSACTIONS tab.
- (Optional) Use the filter to search for the transaction, for example, by a specific date or a date range.
- Locate the transaction.
- (Optional) To manage the transaction, from the Action column, select
, and then select one of the following options: - Transaction Details – View the details of the transaction.
- Refund – Refund the transaction.
- Resend Cardholder Receipt – Email the transaction receipt.
- Print Receipt – Print the transaction receipt.
- Create Secure Token – Create a secure token with the payment details the customer used for the transaction.
- Create Subscription – Create a subscription with the payment details the customer used for the transaction.
- (Optional) To export the transactions in a CSV file, select EXPORT AS CSV.
Search for a transaction with batch details
- Select the BATCHES tab.
- (Optional) Use the filter to search for the batch, for example, by the date it closed.
- (Optional) To view batches that closed recently, select one of the following tabs:
- LAST BATCH – View the most recently closed batch.
- THIS WEEK – View all batches that closed this week.
- THIS MONTH – View all batches that closed this month.
- Select the date and time when the batch closed.
- (Optional) Use the filter to search for the transaction, for example, by a specific date or a date range.
- Locate the transaction.
- (Optional) To manage the transaction, from the Action column, select
, and then select one of the following options: - Transaction Details – View the details of the card transaction.
- Refund – Refund the transaction.
- Resend Cardholder Receipt – Email the transaction receipt.
- Print Receipt – Print the transaction receipt.

Search for a bank transfer in an open batch
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- On the side menu, select Reporting, and then select Bank Transfers Open Batch.
- (Optional) Use the filter to search for the transaction, for example, by a specific date or a date range.
- Locate the transaction.
- (Optional) To manage the transaction, from the Action column, select
, and then select one of the following options: - Bank Transfer Details – View the details of the bank transfer.
- Print Receipt – Print the transaction receipt.
- Resend Customer Receipt – Email the transaction receipt.
- Create Secure Token – Create a secure token with the payment details the customer used for the transaction.
- Void – Void the transaction.
- (Optional) To export the transactions in a CSV file, select EXPORT AS CSV.
Search for a bank transfer in a closed batch
- Log in to https://payments.payroc.com/merchant/selfcare/.
- On the side menu, select Reporting, and then select Bank Transfers Closed Batch.
- (Optional) Use the filter to search for the batch, for example, by the date it closed.
- Select the date and time when the batch closed.
- (Optional) Use the filter to search for the transaction, for example, by a specific date or a date range.
- Locate the transaction.
- (Optional) To manage the transaction, from the Action column, select
, and then select one of the following options: - Bank Transfer Details – View the details of bank transfer.
- Print Receipt – Print the transaction receipt.
- Resend Customer Receipt – Email the transaction receipt.
