Reset your password on your multi-MID device

Reset your four-digit password on your multi-MID device.

  1. Tap Main Menu ≡ > Settings Change MID
  2. From the list of MIDs, tap your MID. 
  3. Tap Forgot Password. We send you a one-time password (OTP) by email and SMS. 
  4. Enter the six-digit OTP, and then tap Enter
  5. Enter your new password, and then tap Enter
  6. Re-enter your new password, and then tap Enter

After you reset your password, your device returns to the payment screen.
