You can use the Roc Terminal+ web portal to view the details of your customers’ bank transfer payments, including transaction details, virtual terminal details, and customer details.
- Log in to https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login.
- On the side menu, select Transactions.
- Choose the type of transaction that you want to view:
- To view a one-time payment, select ACH Sale Txn.
- To view a recurring payment, select ACH Recurring Txn.
- (Optional) Search for the transaction using the following criteria:
- Endpoint identifier (EPI) of your virtual terminal
- Name of the customer
- (Optional) Filter transactions based on the transaction date:
- ALL - View all transactions.
- Recent - View all transactions that happened today.
- Today - View all transactions that happened today.
- MTD - View all transactions that happened this month.
- YTD - View all transactions that happened this year.
- Yesterday - View all transactions that happened yesterday.
- Last Month - View all transactions that happened last month.
- Current Week - View all transactions that happened this week.
- Last Week -View all transactions that happened last week.
- Custom (Within Last 90 Days) - View all transactions that happened in the last 90 days. You can adjust the date range if you need to.
- Custom (Older Than 90 Days) - View all transactions that are older than 90 days. You can adjust the date range if you need to.
- Next to the transaction that you want to view, select
, and then select Overview.
