Add a password prompt for cash sales

Important: This applies only if you're enrolled in the Consumer Choice program.

 

You can use the Roc Terminal+ web portal to configure a device to prompt for a password when you run a cash sale. 

  1. Log in to https://terminalplus.rocpos.com/login.
  2. On the side menu, select Device Management.
  3. In the search box, enter the endpoint identifier (EPI), doing business as (DBA) name, serial number, or type of the device.
  4. Select the EPI of the device.
  5. Select EDIT PARAMETERS.
  6. Select Home Screen.
  7. Enable Password for Cash.
  8. Download the updates to the device. For more information about how to download the updates, go to Download a parameter update to a device.
