Clear a pending transaction

You can manually clear a transaction that is pending on your Roc Terminal+ device. A transaction can become stuck in a pending state when the terminal fails to complete a sale and receives no response from the server. If you don't clear the pending transaction, the device might not be able to process further transactions.

  1. On the main screen of the device, tap the Main Menu icon ≡.
  2. Tap SETTINGS.
  3. Tap CLEAR REVERSAL.
  4. Review the status of the reversal:
    • Reversal Cleared - The pending transaction is successfully cleared. Run the sale again.
    • Reversal Not Available - There are no pending transactions to clear.
