You can manually clear a transaction that is pending on your Roc Terminal+ device. A transaction can become stuck in a pending state when the terminal fails to complete a sale and receives no response from the server. If you don't clear the pending transaction, the device might not be able to process further transactions.
- On the main screen of the device, tap the Main Menu icon ≡.
- Tap SETTINGS.
- Tap CLEAR REVERSAL.
- Review the status of the reversal:
- Reversal Cleared - The pending transaction is successfully cleared. Run the sale again.
- Reversal Not Available - There are no pending transactions to clear.
