Use the Roc Terminal+ mobile app to close an open batch for a physical or virtual terminal, including terminals at other store locations.

1. From the Sale screen, select Open Batches.
2. (Optional) If you have multiple store locations, select the store location, and then select OK.
3. Select Devices, and select the EPI of the device with the batch you want to close.
4. Select OK. The app displays the open batch.
5. Select Close Batch. 
   
6. Select Yes.
7. When the screen displays "Batch Settled Successfully", select OK.
