View a customer's appointments

Note: The steps in this article apply only to the web app.

 
  1. Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/.
  2. On the main menu, select Customers.
  3. Select the first name of the customer.
  4. Select the Appointments tab. 
  5. (Optional) To view the appointments over a range of dates, complete the following steps:
    1. Select the date.
    2. Choose the date range.
    3. Select Apply.
  6. (Optional) To view more information about an appointment, from the Actions column, select ⋯, and then complete one of the following steps:
    • If you have completed or canceled the appointment, select View.
    • If you haven't completed the appointment, select Edit.
