Run a sale

Use Roc Services to run a sale.

You can select an item from the catalog or use the Quick Charge tab to enter a custom amount.

Use the catalog

  1. From the Main Menu, select Virtual Terminal, and then select Catalog.
  2. Select the category, and then select the item that you want to add.
  3. (Optional) Repeat Step 2 to add other items.
  4. Select Charge.
  5. Select the payment method, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
    • If your customer uses cash, use the on-screen keypad to enter the amount of cash they give you.

Use Quick Charge

  1. From the Main Menu, select Virtual Terminal.
  2. Use the on-screen keypad to enter the dollar amount of the item.
  3. Select + to add the item.
  4. (Optional) Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to add other items.
  5. (Optional) To edit the item name, hover over the item and then select .
  6. Select Charge.
  7. Select the payment method, and then follow the on-screen instructions.
    • If your customer uses cash, use the on-screen keypad to enter the amount of cash they give you, and then select Cash.
