You can use Roc Services to set the default time that we send reminders to your customers before an appointment. We automatically apply this default reminder time to all your appointments.

To change the default reminder time, complete the following steps:

1. Log in to https://services.rocpos.com/.
2. On the main menu, select Settings, and then select Scheduling Reminder.
3. From the By Text Message dropdown menu, select how long before an appointment that you want us to send an SMS reminder to your customer.
4. From the By Email dropdown menu, select how long before an appointment that you want us to send an email reminder to your customer. 
5. Select Save.
