# Download your statement in Payroc Insights

You can use Payroc Insights to download your statement as a PDF file.

> **Note:** Your statement is available on Payroc Insights from the 8th day of the month. If this day falls on a weekend or public holiday, your statement is available on the next working day.

1. Sign in to [https://payroc.partnerengage.com](https://payroc.partnerengage.com/).
2. From the navigation menu, select **Statements**, and then select **Merchant**.
3. (Optional) From the Merchant Company dropdown menu, enter the name of the merchant company.
4. From the Statement Year dropdown menu, select the year of the statement you want to download.
5. Select **Show Results**.
6. From the Statement column, select **Download**.
