# Unlock your Payroc Insights account

If you attempt to log in too many times with incorrect credentials, we automatically lock your account.

To unlock your Payroc Insights account, you must [reset your account password](https://support.payroc.com/en-US/payroc-insights/getting-started/reset-your-password-in-payroc-insights.md).
