# Set up InTouch Notifications for retrieval requests and chargebacks

You can set up InTouch Notifications in Payroc Insights to receive SMS and email alerts when you receive a new [retrieval request](https://support.payroc.com/en-US/payments-fundamentals/disputes/retrieval-requests.md) or [chargeback](https://support.payroc.com/en-US/payments-fundamentals/disputes/chargebacks.md) on your account. Each notification shows the amount that the cardholder is disputing for that transaction.

> **Note:** If you sign up for SMS alerts, your mobile carrier might charge standard text message and data rates.

1. Sign in to [https://payroc.partnerengage.com](https://payroc.partnerengage.com/).
2. On the top menu bar, select your initials, and then select **Edit Settings**.
3. In the Notifications section, enter any of the following contact details:
   - Phone number
   - Carrier
   - Primary email address
   - Alternative email address
4. In the Schedule notifications section, configure when we deliver your notifications:
   1. Set the start time and end time in Central Standard Time (CST).
   2. Select the days of the week.
5. In the Notification events section, locate the Chargeback/Retrieval event.
6. Next to the event, select one or more delivery methods.
7. Select **Save Changes**.
